A large mixed-use project called Grove Central is getting its finishing touches. The project will be anchored by a Target, and a residential tower is planned to include 400 apartments, with pre-leasing now underway.
The Grove Central Project is expected to lure more than 900 daily riders aboard, including 300 in rush hours. Those additional riders, the county reasons, will reduce the number of roadway users, reducing the need for the road impact fees from the developers.

Target will take 49,658 square feet in the Grove Central building, which includes 135,000 square feet of retail, 288 apartments, and a rooftop solar trellis that is capable of powering the entire development, CLICK ON THE HEADLINE FOR MORE
