The Lincoln Coconut Grove Launches Sales In Miami’s Historic Neighborhood

Coconut Grove, renowned for its lush landscapes and vibrant community, is about to welcome a new residential development that seamlessly blends modern luxury with historic charm.

The Lincoln Coconut Grove has officially launched sales, offering 48 meticulously crafted condominiums at 2650 Lincoln Ave. Developed by Element Development and LORE Development Group in collaboration with Leste Group and Opportunity Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, this project aims to raise the bar for boutique living in one of Miami’s most beloved neighborhoods.

The Lincoln offers a range of floor plans from one to four bedrooms plus a den, with living spaces spanning from 1,323 to 3,073 square feet. Six penthouses, each approximately 3,000 square feet, boast double-height ceilings and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, Coral Gables, and the Brickell skyline. Prices start at $1.5 million.

Designed by Paredes Architects, Design Philosophy, and CITE Arquitetura, the building’s architectural and interior designs reflect the unique spirit of Coconut Grove. The façade is inspired by the neighborhood’s iconic banyan trees, featuring vertical contours and root-like forms that harmonize aesthetics and functionality. Inside, residences are equipped with kitchens by Snaidero, plumbing fixtures by Brizo, Porcelanosa tiles, and Miele appliances.

The property offers a stunning double-height lobby with a custom chandelier and a sculptural bronze glass wall. Residents can enjoy an array of amenities, including a golf simulator, event room, theater, rooftop pool deck with private cabanas, yoga pavilion, dog park, and a 2,000-square-foot wellness center with hot and cold plunges, sauna, and steam room.

“The Lincoln captures the essence of Coconut Grove’s charm while embracing modern living,” said Jorge Rucas, Director of U.S. Real Estate at LORE. “Our goal was to create a residential destination that honors the neighborhood’s rich history and lifestyle while positioning it for the future.”

Located in Miami’s oldest neighborhood, The Lincoln is within walking distance of Coconut Grove’s dynamic cultural and culinary scene. Nearby attractions include Cocowalk’s upscale shopping, Michelin-starred restaurants like Ariete and Los Félix, as well as local favorites like Sadelle’s and Regatta Grove.
