Terra To Build Summerhill In Coconut Grove As Rentals

\"\"Plans to build a twin-tower project in Coconut Grove were unanimously approved by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board last week.

In a statement, Terra Group president David Martin said the 300-unit project would be built as rental apartments.

In addition to adding residential space, Summerhill will bring new commercial space to Coconut Grove, with over 30,000 square feet of space.

Terra Group’s other Coconut Grove projects include Grove at Grand Bay, Park Grove and Mary Street.

Project architect Arquitectonica says their design for the towers was inspired by Coconut Grove’s history as one of the world’s top sailing destinations.
