Chef With 2-Star Michelin Restaurant In Portugal Opens First U.S. Spot In Coconut Grove

Sá Pessoa, the internationally famous chef and owner of several other restaurants in Portugal and spots in Amsterdam, London and Macao, has been at the forefront of what he calls “Atlantic cuisine”. Sereia is his first restaurant in the U.S. in partnership with Miami-based Sault Hospitality. Its mission: highlighting the treasures of the sea.
