In July, the median sales price for homes sold in Miami-Dade was $631,670. That is a new record, and an increase of 10.8% compared to July 2022. Condos and townhomes are on a similar streak as well.
According to a new Redfin report, the increase in condominium prices was caused in part by a shortage of house listings causing shoppers to look at condos instead.The median condo price in Miami rose to $383,000, an increase of nearly 33 percent year-over-year.
