Site Work Begins At Park Grove

Crews are now clearing the site of the Park Grove condo towers, and construction is set to begin imminently.

The first two towers released for sale have most units reserved, at prices that average over $1,000 per square foot. Buyers include healthcare billionaire Mike Fernandez and race card driver Emerson Fittipaldi.

Nearby Grove at Grand Bay also sold units at prices averaging above $1,000 per square foot. That project is nearly topped off.

Rem Koolhaas/OMA is the project architect. Terra Group and Related Group are the developers.
