Plans For The Harbour At Historic Pan Am Base In Coconut Grove Set For Review

$\"\"$ Revised plans to develop and restore Miami’s historic Pan Am Airways base in Coconut Grove have been submitted to the city.

Plans show two restaurants, banquet space, a public rooftop viewing terrace, and baywalk. Historic hangars will be incorporated.

Arquitectonica is the architect. Miami’s Historic & Environmental Preservation Board will review the proposal on July 2.

Grove Bay Investment Group LLC is the developer.

Construction is already underway on a garage that is being built as part of the project.
