Silver Bluff and Abbhi Capital broke ground on a five-story apartment complex in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
Elemi at Grove Village will feature 46 apartments on the 0.73-acre site at 3333 to 3363 Thomas Ave. The apartments will range from 965 square feet with one bedroom to 1,535 square feet with three bedrooms.
“We’re locals. We’re from here, we went to school here, we live in the neighborhood,” stated Grant Savage, founder of Silver Bluff. “We want this project – and all our projects – to honor the history of this important place. We love Coconut Grove. We want to share our passion for this place with everyone while making it a better place for our neighbors.”
