Finding a great neighborhood to live in can be difficult when balancing the needs for safety, education, family activities and, of course, fun. Niche.com highlighted the Top 25 neighborhoods in South Florida that rise above the rest.
Niche.com examined 15,000 towns and neighborhoods and compared crime stats, public schools, cost of living and job opportunities. Data used in the rankings was pulled directly from the U.S. Census Bureau, the FBI, the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Centers for Disease Control, as well as millions of reviews from residents.
Miami-Dade County led the list with 17 neighborhoods in the Top 25, with Coconut Grove ranking #3. Urban neighborhoods tended to score higher than the western suburbs.
