Boutique Condo Fairchild Coconut Grove Is Almost Complete & 80% Sold

The Fairchild Coconut Grove, the boutique luxury building in Coconut Grove designed by Max Strang, is racing toward completion, as can be seen in new construction photos. and is 80% sold out, with over $80 million in sales and five units remaining, according to brokerage One Sotheby’s.

One of the rare luxury condos directly on the bay in the neighborhood, where most bayfront land is occupied by parks, marinas, yacht clubs, and private houses, it’s slated to be finished in the first quarter of 2020.

Last year The Big Bubble Miami covered the building’s spa, which especially for a not-so-large condo tower, looks quite plush.
