Miami’s latest condo to break ground is the 52-unit Arbor, which planned to begin vertical construction last in the heart of Coconut Grove, per developers Urban Atlantic Group and Oak Ventures.
The five-story project designed by Behar Font Architects will rise at 3034 Oak Avenue and features interiors by New York-based Samuel Amoia. The site is located just north of CocoWalk, which is currently undergoing a multiphase renovation that began over the summer.
Residences are offered in the form of single-level units, two-story townhomes, and penthouses, and they range in size from 1,474 to 2,150 square feet. Townhomes will include private gardens while upper penthouses will feature private rooftop terraces.
Amenities include a bicycle share program, a fitness center, a yoga and pilates deck, a rooftop terrace, an outdoor cinema, and a lush courtyard with lap and splash pools. Sales launched last March with prices starting at just under $800,000.
The development is targeting completion in Fall 2018 and is 40 percent sold.
